This program is designed to support you, amplify your work, and provide you with the resources you need to continue building amazing experiences for our Craftland players.

This document outlines everything you need to know about the program, from how to join to the code of conduct we expect all creators to uphold.

Program Tiers

Application and Review Process

We will announce the application process on our Craftland social media channels. Application Link will be updated on this Web too.

Quarterly Review: All shortlisted creators will be reviewed every quarter (once in 3 months). This allows for new creators to join the program and ensures our current creators remain active and engaged.

Creator Code of Conduct

As a Craftland Creator, you are a role model for the entire community. We expect you to uphold the highest standards of behaviour, both in-game and on social media.

• Respectful and Positive Behaviour: 100% non-abusive, non-controversial & 13+ friendly content.
• Account Integrity: Your account with the Craftland badge must be personally owned and used by you. Lending, renting, or selling your account is not allowed.
• Confidentiality: Do not disclose players' OR moderators' personal information or private chat logs.
• Fair Play: Do not promote or use cheats, hacks, or exploits. Do not create maps that scam or mislead players.
• Commercial Conduct: Do not use your badge status to post advertisements, personal contact details, or commercial information unrelated to the game or Craftland.
• Making unauthorised promises to players about unreleased benefits or game content is prohibited.

Content Guidelines

To be eligible and to maintain your status in the Creator Program, you are required to review your existing content (videos, posts, Telegram groups, etc.) on all platforms. Any content that violates our current guidelines must be permanently deleted.

All new content you create, including maps, videos, and social media posts, must adhere to our game and Craftland’s guidelines:

• Originality: Keep your creations original. Do not copy or reproduce other creators' work, including thumbnails.
• Intellectual Property: Do not use third-party IP without permission.
• No Misleading Content: Do not use misleading titles, thumbnails, videos or descriptions that trick players into playing your maps. This includes "999+ Likes" or "Evo Gun Skins" maps. A 100% adherence and support for our anti-cheating & anti-hack policy.
• Safe Environment: You will not upload or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, distressing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, politically sensitive, religiously sensitive, blasphemous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Violation of these terms may result in your removal from the program and other penalties. Decisions made by the Craftland admin and team will be considered final.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How long does the application review process take?
   We will review applications in the weeks following the closing of the application window. We will communicate the timelines clearly during each application period.

2. What happens if I no longer meet the eligibility criteria?
   During our quarterly review, if a creator no longer meets the criteria, they may be removed from the program. However, they are always welcome to reapply in the next cycle.

3. What if I am inactive for a month - will I have to apply to the program again?

   Yes, please refer to Question 2.

4. How are "quality maps" determined by the Craftland team?
   We look for maps that truly stand out! A quality map often excels in one or more areas like creativity, strong design, innovation, exploring new genres, or being well-received by players (showing strong in-game performance or generating viral content on social media).

5. What if my monthly views fluctuate? Do I get immediately removed from this program?
   The program will have quarterly reviews. While consistent performance is expected, minor fluctuations might be considered within the broader review period. Significant or sustained drops could lead to a tier change or removal. Refer to Question 2.

6. If I am a Creator Nova and my views jump to over 1,00,000, do I automatically get promoted to Creator Crown?
   Promotions are part of the quarterly review process. While exceeding the criteria for a higher tier is a strong indicator, promotions aren't automatic and occur during the official review periods.
